What RevHunt Does
RevHunt provides AI-powered prospect research and sales intelligence tools. We aggregate and synthesize publicly available information about companies and individuals.
Data Sources
Our research is based on publicly available information from various sources. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your Account
Account Responsibility
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
Account Sharing
Accounts are for individual use. Team plans provide separate logins for each team member.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
You may use RevHunt for legitimate business purposes including sales prospecting, research, and competitive analysis.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use RevHunt for harassment, stalking, spam, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
Rate Limits
Your plan includes a specific number of researches per month. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.
No Scraping
Automated access to RevHunt (except via our official API) is prohibited.
Payment Terms
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes apply at your next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
RevHunt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevHunt, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to RevHunt. You grant us a license to use this content to provide our service.
Research Output
Research generated by RevHunt is for your use. You may use it in your business activities but may not resell it as a standalone product.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVHUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
